Over the last few days I've had some nice highs and some not nice lows.
On Saturday, I went out in London dressed for the first time. I went with some girls from Transvision - the mailing list I subscribe to - to the two major TG clubs - Way Out and Trans-Mission. If you look at the photos for the 1st Feb on the Trans-Mission site, you should be able to find a pic of me and some other girls from Transvision. It was fun, on the whole. The music was pretty bloody awful, but it was an excuse to go out. I didn't like Way Out very much - no atmosphere and everyone desperately trying to out-glam everyone else. Too much attitude and not enough fun. Trans-Mission was better - and about two minutes from where C&G, which is an interesting coincidence.

Sunday was a day of recovery, really - after all, getting to bed at 4am is something I haven't done for a very long while and I'm really not used to it.

Monday, I was off work sick. Mainly due to the fact that, annoyingly, I couldn't actually sleep on Sunday night. There were elements of the whole rhinitis thing in there as well, and I think I could have gone into work if it was one thing or the other, but not both. Damn.

However, I did manage to put my digital camera to good use on Monday evening and got myself all dressed up and had a bit of a fashion shoot. I haven't put any of the pics online yet, but I will do. As well as the picture from the Trans-Mission site. Fun!

I've just discovered a link to a web-page about murals in Angouleme. I have to go there. Soon...
